At CAPO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
Return Process

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, sellable condition.
- 3.Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
